Instructions
  1. Cut Alaska Halibut or Cod into 1 inch cubes. Combine spices thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Toss fish cubes with the spice mixture.
  2. In a large saut pan (12 inches or larger), heat enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. When the oil is hot enough to simmer, add 1/4 of
  3. the fish cubes. Brown on all sides, cooking just until fish is opaque throughout. Transfer to a sheet pan and keep warm in a 150 oven.
  4. Repeat the process with the rest of the fish, 1/4 batch at a time.
  5. Serve with guacamole, your favorite salsa and warm tortillas.
