- Method
- Pull the surimi apart along its natural seams into long strands, like you would pull pork.
- Heat bbq sauce add the pulled surimi and toss to heat through.
- Place 1 piece of cheddar cheese on the heel of the bun.
- Divide the bbq surimi mix evenly over each of the heels.
- Top the surimi mix with 1/4 cup of cole slaw, then 1/4 cup of the crispy onions.
- Close with crown.
- Place on 4 serving plates and serve with sides of choice.
