Ingredients
- Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad:
- 6 cups 6 cups Alaska Surimi Seafood
- 12 12 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/3 cup 1/3 cup green onion
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Assembly:
- 2 slices 2 slices French bread, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup 1 cup Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad
- 2 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 1 leaf lettuce

Instructions
- Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad:
- Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Store salad in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate. Yield: approx. 12 cups.
- Assembly:
- Butter bread and grill on the griddle or under the broiler.
- Assemble each sandwich in this order: Arrange Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad on slice of grilled bread. Place lettuce leaf and sliced tomato
- on salad and top with second slice grilled bread.
